Tasty Bird!

So, I have received feedback that my site has far too much Mountain Biking and not enough chick stuff on it.

Well in response to my critics here is a picture of a right tasty bird!

This was served to me in a Philippines restaurant last week and is in fact supposed to be a Chicken Kiev. First time I've seen mashed potato in Manila......it tasted OK too.

Sorry but I can't leave this post without some reference to Mountain Biking. Here is a photo of me in Scotland, riding at Glentress which is one of 7 Stanes mountain bike parks. Some of the best trails I've ever ridden.
